Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for clients of Aidaptive Growthinfi Private Limited, operating under the brand name Growth Infi, regarding the cancellation of services and the eligibility for refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel their Services at any time by providing a written notice to the Company via email at Info@growthinfi.com.
- Notice Period: A notice period of 30 days is required for cancellations to take effect.
- Service Termination: Services will cease at the conclusion of the notice period, and no further charges will be incurred.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to terminate Services immediately in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to pay fees as outlined in the Pricing and Payment section of the Terms and Conditions.
- Any legal obligations or regulations that prevent the Company from continuing Services.
2.3 Cancellation Consequences
Upon cancellation:
- All access to Services and related resources will be terminated.
- Any ongoing campaigns will be halted, and leads generated will remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
3.1.1 Recurring Cost Refunds
- Clients may request a refund for the recurring monthly fees if the service delivery standards are not met, as outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the billing date.
- Prorated Refunds: Refunds for recurring fees will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If the Company has completed 80% of the agreed-upon work, the client can only request a refund for the remaining 20% of the recurring fees for that period.
3.1.2 Non-Refundable Fees
- Implementation Costs: The one-time implementation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the setup and configuration of the client’s account and services.
- Tool Costs: Any costs associated with tools used in the provision of Services, whether borne by the Company or the client, are also non-refundable.
3.2 Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, clients must:
- Submit a written request to Info@growthinfi.com detailing the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
- Ensure that the request is submitted within the eligible timeframes as specified in Section 3.1.
- The Company will review the request within 10 business days and respond with a decision.
- Refunds once processed would be credited to the customer account within 30 working days
3.3 Calculation of Work Completed
- The Company will assess the percentage of work completed based on the agreed-upon deliverables and milestones in the service agreement or statement of work.
- The assessment will include factors such as:
a) Number of leads generated compared to the target
b) Progress in lead nurturing campaigns
c) Completion of agreed-upon tasks and deliverables
d) Time invested in the project relative to the total projected time - The Company will provide a detailed breakdown of the work completed to justify the refund amount.
3.4 Approved Refunds
- If a refund is approved, the Company will process the refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the prorated amount of work not completed, as per Section 3.1.1.
3.5 Denied Refunds
If a refund request is denied, the client will be notified in writing, along with the reasons for the denial. The client may appeal the decision with additional information if necessary.
3.6 Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement over the percentage of work completed:
- The client must provide a written explanation of their assessment.
- The Company will review the client’s assessment and respond within 5 business days.
- If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to enter into good-faith negotiations to resolve the dispute.
- If necessary, an independent third-party arbitrator may be engaged, with costs shared equally between the Company and the client.
4. Changes to the Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
