This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for clients of Aidaptive Growthinfi Private Limited, operating under the brand name Growth Infi, regarding the cancellation of services

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel their Services at any time by providing a written notice to the Company via email at Info@growthinfi.com.
- Notice Period: A notice period of 15 days is required for cancellations to take effect.
- Service Termination: Services will cease at the conclusion of the notice period, and no further charges will be incurred.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to terminate Services immediately in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to pay fees as outlined in the Pricing and Payment section of the Terms and Conditions.
- Any legal obligations or regulations that prevent the Company from continuing Services.
2.3 Cancellation Consequences
Upon cancellation:
- All access to Services and related resources will be terminated.
- Any ongoing campaigns will be halted, and leads generated will remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement over the percentage of work completed:
- The client must provide a written explanation of their assessment.
- The Company will review the client’s assessment and respond within 5 business days.
- If an agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to enter into good-faith negotiations to resolve the dispute.
- If necessary, an independent third-party arbitrator may be engaged, with costs shared equally between the Company and the client.
4. Changes to the Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
