Fill the room with the right delegates, and sell the sponsorships
A fixed date changes everything. We build a persona list for every event, invite them on email, LinkedIn and calendar, and keep sponsors in the pipeline alongside.
- Persona lists per event, often per city
- Complimentary-pass, calendar-invite and conversation-ad campaigns
- Sponsor and exhibitor outreach on the same engine

Signals we track
Each one says a company has a reason to buy now, not just that it fits.
Persona lists per event
Titles, seniority, city and company size set for each event, not one list for all of them.
Example: General counsel and legal ops heads within 40 km of the venue.
Event page and speaker followers
People following the event page, past speakers or similar events.
Example: Followers of last year's summit page who never registered.
Agenda page visitors
Companies reading the agenda or pricing page without registering.
Example: An insurer views the agenda three times in a week.
Topic in the news
A new rule, a deal or a launch that makes the event topic urgent for a buyer.
Example: A new data rule lands two weeks before a privacy summit.
Sponsor target accounts
Vendors whose buyers match the delegate list, with their marketing and sales heads.
Example: Contact-centre vendors for a CX leadership event.
Exhibitor and sponsor budget signals
Funding, launches and expansion into a new market mean event budget.
Example: A SaaS company launching in India this quarter.
Who we reach
The people who own the problem, and the companies they work at.
Campaigns we run
Different angles for different buyers. Each one is tested before it gets volume.
The complimentary pass
Offer a reserved seat, not a registration link. Senior buyers say yes to an invitation, not a form.
We're bringing together 150 legal and compliance leaders in Delhi on 24 July. I'd be happy to extend a complimentary delegate pass.
Calendar invites to engaged leads
Anyone who replied or filled a form gets the event on their calendar the same day.
Sponsors on the same engine
Sponsor lists matched to the delegate profile, with a short brief and a call ask.
Proof
200 delegate leads for a legal-tech summit in six weeks
For a legal-tech summit in Delhi, we built persona lists, conversation ads and calendar invites. The event had 145 registrations and about 100 senior legal leaders in the room.

Questions from Events teams
Ask us something elseHow early should we start?
Six to eight weeks before an in-person event. Ads need about three weeks to fill a room, and sponsor deals need longer.
Do you run paid tickets or free passes?
Both. For senior audiences, complimentary passes with a qualification step usually fill the room faster, and sponsors pay for that audience.
Can you do virtual events in the US and Europe?
Yes. For US and European audiences, email and calendar invites usually do more than ads.
Do you sell sponsorships too?
We find and start the conversations with sponsors. Your team runs the calls and closes the deals.
