This policy covers growthinfi.com and the services of Aidaptive GrowthInfi Private Limited, trading as Growth Infi ("GrowthInfi", "we"). Our registered office is at Plot No. 2/3, Om Nagar, Nagpur (Urban), Maharashtra 440030, India.

What we collect
When you use a form on this site or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, website and anything you tell us about who you sell to.
When you browse the site, and only if you accept cookies, we collect usage data through Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Brevo, Brandjet and Happierleads. Happierleads tells us which company a visit came from, and sometimes who. If you decline, none of them load. See the cookie policy for the full list.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and book calls.
- To build and send what you asked for, such as a GTM plan.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our ads on Google and Meta, and show them to people who have visited the site.
- To see which companies are looking at our services, so we can follow up with the right ones.
We rely on your consent for forms and non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site where the law allows it.
If we contacted you for a client
We run outbound campaigns for B2B companies. If you received an email or LinkedIn message from one of our clients' campaigns, we found your work contact details through public sources and licensed B2B data providers, based on your role and company.
We use only work contact details, for business messages relevant to your role. Every message lets you opt out, and we keep a do-not-contact list across all campaigns. To be removed, reply to the message or write to info@growthinfi.com.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run the site and our work. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms:
- Brevo, for our CRM and email.
- Calendly, for booking calls.
- Google, for Workspace, Meet, Analytics and Ads.
- Meta, for the Meta Pixel and ads.
- Happierleads, for identifying the company behind a visit.
- Brandjet, for measuring visits that come from AI search tools.
- Hostinger, for hosting this site and receiving form submissions.
We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and form data for as long as we need it to respond and work with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner to confirm.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@growthinfi.com.

Where it's stored
Some of our providers store data outside India. Where they do, they protect it under their own data processing terms.
