How DPO Club turned LinkedIn into 1,000+ leads for its summit, courses and awards

DPO Club runs a community for privacy professionals: summits, a certified DPO course, masterclasses and awards. We ran outreach for its Maha Privacy & Security Summit at the National Stock Exchange in Mumbai, then built a lead engine for everything it sells.

The starting point

Where they started

What was in the way before the first campaign went out.

The goal

A steady flow of the right people for every product, and one place where the team sees every lead.

01

Many products, one small team

A summit, a national conference, a certification course, masterclasses and awards, each needing its own audience.

02

Senior, busy buyers

DPOs, CISOs and general counsel at large banks and insurers ignore generic event emails.

03

Leads in too many places

Form fills, replies and call notes sat in different sheets, so follow-up was slow.

The event

The summit we filled first

The first job was a single room at the National Stock Exchange. Everything after it grew from the same lists.

The flagship event

Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026

A closed-door forum on putting the DPDP Rules into practice, with Justice B.N. Srikrishna and NSE's CISO among the confirmed names.

SubjectDPDP readiness, 16 Jan

DPDP is no longer a future problem, and many teams are already feeling it. That's exactly why Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026 is happening.

This is not a generic privacy conference. It's a focused summit with people who are actually building DPDP programmes today.

If DPDP readiness is on your 2026 roadmap, this is a high-signal room to be in. Want me to send the registration link?

SubjectA working room at NSE

On 16 January, a small group of privacy, security and legal leaders are meeting at NSE, Mumbai. This is not an open expo. It's a working room.

We're currently speaking with a limited set of sponsors.

What the team said

In their words

From LinkedIn recommendations, unedited.

“Palash and his team are highly skilled at running cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. They are consistent in performance, diligent in their work, and focused on delivering outcomes. Palash is reliable, easy to work with, and a strong partner for building and scaling an outbound system.”

Takeaways

What we'd tell a team like theirs

  1. One form per product. People sign up for a course or a conference, not a brand.
  2. For senior buyers, a closed room beats a big expo in the copy.
  3. Follow up on WhatsApp the same day, with the ticket link in the message.
