Hi First name, I'm reaching out from Tech Sommet. On 24 July, we're bringing together senior legal, compliance, privacy, risk and legal operations leaders at Legal Tech India Delhi. I'd be happy to extend a complimentary delegate pass. Would you be interested in joining us as our guest?
How Tech Sommet filled Legal Tech India Delhi with the right delegates
Tech Sommet runs executive summits funded by sponsors. Its rooms were filled by hand: the team's own LinkedIn accounts, emails and phone calls. We added a delegate engine: persona lists for every event, calendar invites, LinkedIn conversation ads and visitor tracking.
- What they sell
- Executive summits for legal, finance, HR, procurement and tech leaders, virtual and in person, funded by sponsors.
- Market
- India, the US and Europe
- Timeframe
- March 2026 to now
- Channels
- Cold email, Calendar invites, LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn outreach, Visitor identification
- Who we reached
- General counsel, legal ops, compliance and privacy leaders for Delhi; payments, treasury, HR and supply chain leaders for the virtual summits; sponsors at tech vendors
Where they started
What was in the way before the first campaign went out.
At least 100 of the right people registered for every in-person event, and sponsor conversations alongside.
Rooms filled by hand
Registrations came from the team's own LinkedIn accounts and a routine of email, then LinkedIn, then a phone call.
No marketing assets
There were no ad creatives, and the site got about 75 visitors a month.
Clicks that didn't convert
People reached the event pages and left, and nobody knew who they were.
A new audience every event
A payments summit, an HR summit and a legal summit each need different people, often in different countries.
Who we went after
Agreed with the team before the first campaign. Every list, message and ad was built for these people and nobody else.
The system we built
From finding the accounts to handing over the reply. Each card is one step, with the tools that ran it.
The events we filled, one list each
Every event needed a different room, often in a different country.

What we sent
The actual copy, from the campaigns. Merge fields are shown as grey tags; a custom opener was written for each person.
Hi First name, Custom opener. That's exactly what's being tackled at the ProcureTech Leaders Summit 2026, May 21, Frankfurt.
200+ CPOs in one room. Speakers from Tata Steel, Adecco, ZF Group, MANN+HUMMEL and more, covering AI sourcing, geopolitical risk and the evolving CPO mandate.
If you want more details, just reply "Join" and I'll send everything across.
Quick question on the contact centre at Company: when your IVR or bot contains a contact, how often does that customer call back within the week?
Containment looks good on the report. Repeat contacts are where the cost comes back.
Should I share the details?
I'm reaching out from Tech Sommet about sponsorship for Legal Tech India, Delhi Edition 2026, on 24 July at The Grand, New Delhi.
The summit brings together 200+ senior legal, compliance, risk and technology leaders.
Would you be open to a quick 15-minute conversation this week?
Hi First name, came across your profile and thought you'd be a great fit for our upcoming virtual Next-Gen Payments & Cross-Border Innovation Summit on June 18th. Would love to connect and share details.
What came back
Replies are copied from the inbox and trimmed. Names and companies are removed; roles and sectors are kept.
“This sounds really interesting, and I'm looking forward to hearing more details about the event. Please share the details.”
“We are interested in the shared agenda about legal tech, particularly for privacy compliance.”
“Yes sure, will be happy to attend.”
“Please share details with my legal head.”
“Yes, please share the agenda.”
“Someone from the team will come.”

Separate ads for in-house legal and law firms.
- 20 Jul145 registrations
Ads narrowed to a 40 km radius around the venue.
- 24 JulLegal Tech India Delhi
About 100 senior legal leaders attended.
- Aug to SepA leaner plan
Budget cut, so email and calendar invites stayed, and ads were kept for in-person events.
- OctSponsor-led events
Lists matched to each sponsor's ICP, with a new project manager on the account.
What didn't work, and what we changed
Every campaign hits problems. These are the ones that mattered, and the fix for each.
No registrations we could claim before Frankfurt
A complimentary-pass creative, a direct lead form and calendar invites to every lead.
Clicks on event pages that went nowhere
Visitor identification, then email and LinkedIn to the people who left.
Most Delhi ad leads were advocates, not in-house counsel
A 40 km radius around the venue and separate ads for in-house teams and law firms.
LinkedIn ad credit limits and paused accounts
Rotated ad accounts and LinkedIn's own spend offers so campaigns kept running.
Ads launched too close to event dates
A 48-hour launch rule once an event is confirmed.
In their words
LinkedIn recommendations, unedited, and lines from recorded review calls.
“Palash and the Growthinfi team have played a big role in helping us fill our events. Their go-to-market and outbound approach, built on intent signals, got us in front of the right sponsors and buyers. Their process is well organized and focused on results. I'd happily recommend working with Palash.”
Rukhsar BhattiEvent marketing specialistLinkedIn recommendation“One thing is clear, that calendar invite thing worked for us. We got a good number of attendees.”
“I mentioned complimentary, it changed the whole game.”
What we'd tell a team like theirs
- In India, LinkedIn ads filled the room. For US and European events, email and calendar invites did more.
- A complimentary pass beats a registration link.
- In-person events need ads three weeks out, not three days.
